We first approached Phil with a few vague ideas.  We ended up with a complex plan to visit many European countries.  This independent travel included plane, ship, bus, car and train as well as two organised tours.  Phil and his team seamlessly integrated all ideas and was totally flexible and helpful.  Absolutely everything went to plan without stress and we would not hesitate to sing the praises of Phil and his team.
